All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing should you have any questions. EM does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to endlessmelts@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the damaged item, keep all packaging until we communicate and come up with a final solution.

You MUST ensure your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address. The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost & up to a 25% restocking fee) once it is physically back in our possession.
